In our project, we follow a professional communication process and technical exchange steps. Today, we will share our team's perspective.

Tech Communication/Talks Made Simple: Listen First, Solve Second
1. Listen like a friend, not a seller
Ask:
→ “What’s your biggest headache?” (e.g., “products with this new function!”)
→ “What’s your dream fix?” (e.g., “Machines need zero downtime!”)
Drop the jargon. Just listen.
2. Match the pain points of requirement to your power
Make a tech info points sheet:
✨ Their need → Your fix
(e.g., “Overheating?” → “Our cooling system cuts heat 50%”)
✨ Must-know specs: (e.g., voltage, size, plug type)
- this is quiet important, an overview info list is a guide line to collect all nessesary tech. points together, to avoid to forget some important points and technical misunderstanding!

3. Why this works
