1) Depth of casting hole:

    for through hole or Blind hole: Min. diameter of the hole: Dmin = 2 mm;   

    for through hole: wenn hole diameter D<=7 mm, Length of the hole H <=2D;

                                 wenn hole diameter D>7 mm, Lenght of the hole H <=3D;

                                 wenn hole diameter D>13 mm, Lenght of the hole H <=5D;  

    for blind hole:      wenn hole diameter D<=7 mm, Length of the hole H <=1D;

                                 wenn hole diameter D>7 mm, Length of the hole H <=1.5D;

                                 wenn hole diameter D>13 mm, Length of the hole H <=2D;

2) Minimum wall thickness: 2mm (1mm for small area)

3) Radius of rounds and fillets:

    inner fillet R>= 0.5

    external round corner R>= 0.3

4) Surface roughness: Ra 3.2 - 6.3

5) Casting weight: 2 g - 20 kg
